The goal is not only to address the crisis but always to focus intensively on the root causes that will prevent the reoccurrence of the immediate crisis as well as related untoward events that negatively affect achieving maximum organizational productivity. Central to this step is Formative Evaluation techniques that allow us to carefully review at integral junctures along the way the effectiveness of our work and equally as important, how we need to modify our intervention process to create the desired outcome that we proposed at the beginning of the process.
